I swear I have been dealing with same. Had myself believing I would be diagnosed with my mother's non-alcoholic liver disease she died of. Dermatitis was it. Our dry hot desert air doesn't help matters. I must say my skin felt wonderful after soaking in a bath with tea tree oil. Ointment and allergy med and being patient, I guess.
